Ramble & Attack Of The Green Products

Hello everyone! hope you all are well! i want to do a review on a product but firstly a little bit of rambling [which is what i do best]: firstly i wanted to let everyone know what i have planned for my blogs, i have some good ideas and i would like to hear more ideas if you have any. if you don't have a blogger feel free to message me on youtube [purplepolkadots00] or twitter: mandygurl2561 or you can even email me @ mandygurl2561@yahoo.com i reply to everything! so on to my ideas:
1. i want to do a astrological sign about me, i will do this in conjunction with a video on a taurus inspiried makeup tutorial. i think this will be fun and help you learn about me! and its fun to read your astrological signs because its sooo interesting, espcially when you are so much like your sign!
2. i want to do a 'wish list' this is where i will post pictures of everything that i am currently lusting for!
3. how to dress like_____(celebrity name)______ i'm thinking that this will be fun, i love to do makeup but i also love fashion which i don't get to talk about often on my youtube channel.
so for now thats what is coming off the top of my head, but don't worry i'm imaginitve and i will come up with a lot more! now onto my review!

L'OREAL STUDIO SECERTS ANTI-REDNESS PRIMER [A MIRACLE PRODUCT]
If you have any problem with redness on your face and you hate it, this is the product to try. since its green, it conteracts all of the redness in your face. I struggle with redness and its so nice to have a skin tone that is one color all over! i used to never wear blush because of my red cheeks, and blush is one of my favorite things to wear but now that i have this, i wear blush, bronzer, etc! and not only does it get rid of all the redness it is also a primer [duh!] so it keeps your makeup on longer.
PROS:
- gets rid of all the redness in your face, for once your skin is one tone and it looks really nice!
- keeps makeup on all day
-doesn't dry out your skin
- moisturizing
- affordable and easy to find
- lasts for a super long time! i've had mine for almost a year and there is still product in it!
-blendable

CONS:
- you cannot wear it alone [which i would love to do] because it gives a green tinge on your face, which is not a good look for anyone!
- the color is a bit scary looking
- if you have oily skin [which i do] it will make it more oily, but use a setting powder to get rid of the oily-ness and you should be fine

and not to make this blog to super long, but there is another product that i want to talk about along with this primer, since we are talking all green i figured i might as well bring this up as well:
I use this face wash after i exfoilate, and i have noticed an amazing difference with my skin. i didn't know that a product could do this, but after a week or two of using this i started noticing that my skin was becoming less red, and more even. i wasn't sure what was going on, and it freaked me out a little bit because i was like wow i am mega pale without all of this redness! but it looked nice not to have all of that redness in my skin, and then i realized, it was my face wash! it is green for a reason, to help sooth redness but i never thought that i would help fight away the redness that i already had [not to mention that i have always had!] i had tried the other neutrogena face wash [the orange kind] and i swore that i would never ever use neutrogena again because this face wash killed my skin! it took me weeks to heal my skin back because it was to harsh. but at the drug store i couldn't find any other face wash that i thought would help control my oil so i tried this, and i'm glad that i did! i can't say that it really helps control my oil, maybe a little. but i will stick with this since my skin is now a lot less red! i love how my skin looks now.

so all in all, if you have a problem with red skin check out these two products they are amazing, and if they can fix my redness they can help you with yours! have a great day everyone!

IN'S:
- lounging in bed until 12 in the afternoon [which is what i'm doing right this moment its bliss!]

- shopping for fall in the middle of summer! yep, you've heard me right! i have been shopping a bit and have been finding a ton of stuff for fall already! i have already bought 3 blazers, some scarves, and thats about it....wow i thought i bought a lot more! but i have been going through my purses and finding some great fall time bags, and i already have a lot of clothes that i can wear in the fall!

- blogging ;)

- wedges, so in for summer [always] and its so nice to be able to walk around all comfy like! don't get me wrong, i love my heels but i'm sick of my feet hurting! this way i can be tall, cute, and comfy.

- off the shoulder shirts, to me these are always in but i just love when i see a little shoulder! its sexy without being provacative.
- summer movies! this summer there have been some AMAZING movies coming out!! i soo want to go see transformers 3, and i am dieing to go see the last part of harry potter! yes i am a die hard harry potter fan. and yes, my manager did see my request off for the date of harry potter's last movie ever!! not to mention that i promised my grandmother that we would go see planet of the apes new movie!! can't wait!

- Tiffanys rings, i have been really wanting a new tiffanys ring for soo long, and i have finally gotten my fiance to agree to split one with me! so i now have an excuse to buy one, its half off! check out this one that i really am looking at: http://www.tiffany.com/Shopping/Item.aspx?fromGrid=1&sku=GRP04705&mcat=148204&cid=287466&search_params=s+5-p+1-c+287466-r+101323338-x+-n+6-ri+-ni+0-t+-k+

OUT:
- laundrey! ugh i hate it! today, along with lazy-ing around i have to do laundrey, which is my least liked chores.

- humidity! where i live, it is soooooo humid. i don't mind it being hot but the humidty kills me and my frizzy hair.

- saving, while i am forcing myself to save since i just bought a new car [well not brand new] [2010 kia rio in black] but its not fun! money is so stressful, i wish i didn't have to worry about money...i'm really considering getting a second job!

thanks for reading guys :) hope you all are well!

Exfoilator Review

Hello everyone,
so for the first post of my blog, which i must say i am VERY exctied for, i want to do a product review on one of my favorite products. It's the Burts Bees Citrus Scrub [exfoilator] but i have a few things to say first:

I started this blog because i'm hoping to be able to communicate with my subscribers from youtube quickly, and even easier. i cannot always make videos. But it is so much easier to write a blog, it doesn't matter if its 5 in the morning and i have my no makeup face going on, all it takes is a little bit of an effort, so that is why i decided to start a blog. i also love to write, and i have wanted to start a blog for a long time, so why not start with somthing that i love to talk about, let alone use? so these are my reasons for me to start a blog, i hope i get to connect with a lot of amazing people on here. To stay even more connected to me check out my youtube: purplepolkadots00  and my twitter[which i am getting used to!]: mandygurl2561. now on to my first blog!!

So, where to start with this amazing product? well first off its very affordable: 6.99$ at my local Giant in the organic section. My skin is sooo sensitive and i can use this product EVERY DAY. Which for me, and those of you who have sensitive skin, is awsome. I never realized how important it was to exfoilate until i started to use this product. It makes your skin so smooth, and it makes my skin so healthy looking! Not only is it gentle enough to use everyday, i can also use a cleanser with this every day.
PROS:
- gentle enough for every day use
- smells amazing
- gets rid of all your dead skin cells
- you can use a cleanser with this
- affordable
- makes skin smooth and soft
- skin looks healthy and clean
- works on dry and oily and normal skin
CONS:
- Could come in larger sizes, i go through this in about a month
- hard to find [i can only find it at my local giant grocery store]
- looks scary [kind of like mud]

So, i just want to warn anyone who wants to try this, do not put water inside of the jar, it ruins the product! to me this is just common sense, but my sister did this and had to buy a whole other jar! What you do: wet your skin, get some on your finger, wet the product that is on your finger, rub it into your face for a few minutes, wash off and pat dry.

So I hope some of you try this product because it is amazing and i think you all will love it! have a great day loves!
